NEW & OPENED ITEMS
- For all NEW & OPENED products, we offer a 30-day return window with NO restocking fees. The buyer is NOT responsible for return shipping fees. The 30-day return period starts from the date the item is delivered to the customer.

If the item is in its original condition and includes all original items and manufacturer packaging, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
- For all DEFECTIVE products, we also offer a 30-day return window. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing us at sales@pctechsupply.com. We will cover the return shipping cost for defective items and will provide you with a label for shipment.
