RETURN POLICY
In order for us to provide our customers with exceptional pricing, we source our merchandise by leveraging currency valuation and price arbitrage in a multitude of markets. We use this leverage to bring down our cost as much as possible, and pass on those savings to you. In order for us to provide these cost savings, we offer limited returns.

NEW & UNOPENED ITEMS
- Unless otherwise clearly stated in the item description, there is a 10-day return window for all *NEW & UNOPENED* products with NO restocking fees.
- Buyer is responsible to pay shipping fee for returns of new, non-defective items.
- The 10-day return period day start from when item is delivered to the customer.
- Once the item is returned to us, we will thoroughly inspect it with our security and frauds prevention team, and issue you a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving your item.
- If your item fails inspection, was not returned with all original items, does not have original casing, boxes, and other plastic or packaging components, your return will be denied.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- There is a 10-day return windows for all *DEFECTIVE* products.
- You must request an RMA by emailing us at sales@pctechsupply.com
- Shipping cost will be covered by us, and you will receive a label for shipment.
- Once the item is returned to us, we will thoroughly inspect it with our security and frauds prevention team, and issue you a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving your item.

OPENED ITEMS
- We do not accept returns on opened items.
OTHER ITEMS
- There are NO refunds on software, subscriptions, licenses, gift cards, or any one-time use products, services, or similar cash equivalent sales. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Furthermore, upon return, any item which shows deliberate damage, or accidental damage not due to our shipping carrier, or items which have water damage / overheating damage will be denied.
- All items which indicate specific return policies in their description, or at the time of purchase will not be subject to the above return policies. For example, items which are listed with “no returns” in their title, description, or checkout process.
