Details: Thorne Research's Magnesium Bisglycinate provides 200 mg of elemental magnesium per scoop. It is lightly sweetened, fully reacted, and easily dissolves in water or other liquids to make a pleasant tasting liquid with a hint of citrus. Mineral absorption is dependent on how soluble the mineral is, and in turn, the mineral's solubility is determined by the pH of its environment - the lower the pH, the more soluble the mineral. Glycine, the amino acid in magnesium bisglycinate, helps to decrease the pH in the small intestine, which improves the solubility and absorbability of Magnesium Bisglycinate.*

DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
