NEW & OPENED ITEMS

If the item is in its original condition and includes all original items and manufacturer packaging, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
- For all DEFECTIVE products, we also offer a 30-day return window. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing us at sales@pctechsupply.com. We will cover the return shipping cost for defective items and will provide you with a label for shipment.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it.
