Our goal is to provide customers with exceptional pricing & to minimize our costs and pass on those savings to you, this includes FREE Shipping & Returns for 30 days.

NEW & OPENED ITEMS

• For all NEW & OPENED products, we offer a 30-day return window with NO restocking fees. The buyer is NOT responsible for return shipping fees. The 30-day return period starts from the date the item is delivered to the customer.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it. If the item is in its original condition and includes all original items and manufacturer packaging, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note, if any original items or manufacturer packaging are missing, we reserve the right to deny the return.
  
  

DEFECTIVE ITEMS.

• For all DEFECTIVE products, we also offer a 30-day return window. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing us at sales@pctechsupply.com. We will cover the return shipping cost for defective items and will provide you with a label for shipment.
• Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item is defective and is returned with all original items and manufacturer packaging, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note, if any original items or manufacturer packaging are missing, we reserve the right to deny the return."
