DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
- For all DEFECTIVE products, we also offer a 30-day return window. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing us at sales@pctechsupply.com. We will cover the return shipping cost for defective items and will provide you with a label for shipment.
