If your item fails inspection, was not returned with all original items, does not have original casing, boxes, and other plastic or packaging components, your return will be denied. You must request an RMA by emailing us at sales@pctechsupply.com Shipping cost will be covered by us, and you will receive a label for shipment. Furthermore, upon return, any item which shows deliberate damage, or accidental damage not due to our shipping carrier, or items which have water damage / overheating damage caused by misuse will be denied. All items which indicate specific return policies in their description, or at the time of purchase will not be subject to the above return policies.
