Unless otherwise clearly stated in the item description, there is a 30-day return window for all *NEW & OPENED* products with NO restocking fees! Buyer is NOT responsible to pay shipping fee for returns. The 30-day return period day start from when item is delivered to the customer. Once the item is returned to us, we will thoroughly inspect it with our security and frauds prevention team, and issue you a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving your item. If your item fails inspection, was not returned with all original items, does not have original casing, boxes, and other plastic or packaging components, your return will be denied. DEFECTIVE ITEMS There is a 30-day return windows for all *DEFECTIVE* products. You must request an RMA by emailing us at sales@pctechsupply.com Shipping cost will be covered by us, and you will receive a label for shipment. Furthermore, upon return, any item which shows deliberate damage, or accidental damage not due to our shipping carrier, or items which have water damage / overheating damage caused by misuse will be denied. All items which indicate specific return policies in their description, or at the time of purchase will not be subject to the above return policies.
