NEW & UNOPENED ITEMS

• Unless otherwise clearly stated in the item description, there is a 10-day return window for all *NEW & UNOPENED* products with NO restocking fees.
• Buyer is responsible to pay shipping fee for returns of new, non-defective items.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

• There is a 10-day return windows for all *DEFECTIVE* products.
• You must request an RMA by emailing us at sales@pctechsupply.com
• Shipping cost will be covered by us, and you will receive a label for shipment.

• We do not accept returns on opened items.

• Furthermore, upon return, any item which shows deliberate damage, or accidental damage not due to our shipping carrier, or items which have water damage / overheating damage will be denied.
