We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

NEW & UNOPENED ITEMS
Unless otherwise clearly stated in the item description, there is a 10-day return window for all *NEW & UNOPENED* products with NO restocking fees.
Buyer is responsible to pay shipping fee for returns of new, non-defective items.
The 10-day return period day start from when item is delivered to the customer.
Once the item is returned to us, we will thoroughly inspect it with our security and frauds prevention team, and issue you a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving your item.

Furthermore, upon return, any item which shows deliberate damage, or accidental damage not due to our shipping carrier, or items which have water damage / overheating damage will be denied.
All items which indicate specific return policies in their description, or at the time of purchase will not be subject to the above return policies. For example, items which are listed with “no returns” in their title, description, or checkout process.
Due to unforeseen COVID-19 supply chain issues, some orders may have a 2 day processing before they ship. Processing and shipping will be clearly stated if we expect a product to have a minor delay in shipping / processing times.
