Buyer is NOT responsible to pay shipping fee for returns. The 30-day return period day start from when item is delivered to the customer. Once the item is returned to us, we will thoroughly inspect it with our security and frauds prevention team, and issue you a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving your item. If your item fails inspection, was not returned with all original items, does not have original casing, boxes, and other plastic or packaging components, your return will be denied.
