Buyer is NOT responsible to pay shipping fee for returns. The 30-day return period day start from when item is delivered to the customer. If your item fails inspection, was not returned with all original items, does not have original casing, boxes, and other plastic or packaging components, your return will be denied. You must request an RMA by emailing us at sales@pctechsupply.com Shipping cost will be covered by us, and you will receive a label for shipment.
