You must request an RMA by emailing us at sales@pctechsupply.com Shipping cost will be covered by us, and you will receive a label for shipment. Furthermore, upon return, any item which shows deliberate damage, or accidental damage not due to our shipping carrier, or items which have water damage / overheating damage caused by misuse will be denied.
